We believe in the one true God,
eternal and almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
and of all things, seen and unseen.
He made mankind, male and female,
in His image, for His glory.
We believe in Jesus Christ,
the Son of God, our Lord,
who was not created
but is one with God the Father.
He came down in human flesh
and lived a sinless life.
He bore our sins on the cross,
where He suffered and died
to reconcile us to God.
On the third day He rose from the dead.
He ascended into heaven
and sent us the Holy Spirit,
who leads us into truth and righteousness.
We believe all Scripture
is breathed out by God
and is the final authority
for instruction and truth.
We trust in Christ alone
to be saved by God’s grace.
We await our Lord’s glorious return,
the resurrection of the dead,
the judgment of all people,
and life everlasting. Amen.
