Altared Youth Group

“Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship.” - Romans 12:1

Church at Home For Altared Students

While nothing can replace meeting together in person, we hope that these weekly resources will provide an online option for your Mid High and High School students to hear and learn from God's Word and be able to go deeper with the printable Daily Devotions and links to Bible reading plans on the YouVersion App.
The youth group is also meeting online via ZOOM on Tuesday nights.  If your student is interested in participating in that, please email [email protected], and you will be emailed more information.

It’s no secret that many students are under constant pressure, stress, and even anxiety. So much so that you may not even have the chance to ask the question we want to help you answer this week: What do I do about anxiety? This week, we will  help  you  to understand the tools God has given us to take on stress and anxiety instead of letting it take us down.

Tuesdays, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in the Youth Room for students 7-12th grade

The name “Altared” is based on Romans 12:1 that says, “Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship.”  True change comes as a result of recognizing who Christ is and presenting ourselves as a living sacrifice on an ALTAR of worship.  As we do so we become renewed
in the spirit of our minds in the way we think, see the world,
 and God’s purpose for us.
